Plowline Consulting provided business operations and development consulting to a wide variety of clients. Strategic consulting, sales strategies, business plan development, marketing efforts such as brand development, website traffic growth and advertising. We developed an ongoing seasonal marketing campaign for a downtown Bellingham retail core (over 100 businesses participated), operated a franchise business, became an integral partner in advancing sustainable recycling and reusing partnership through Whatcom County with multiple stake holders, and consulted with the city parks department in creating cohesive team dynamics.

Fund Development: Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to create a fund development plan which increases revenues to support the strategic direction of the Broken Spoke Festival. Implement the fund development plans in accordance with ethical fundraising principles. Monitor and evaluate all fundraising activities to ensure that the fundraising goals are being achieved.
