My principal areas of practice are competition / antitrust, data protection / privacy, civil liberties, consumer and regulatory law, public / administrative law and European Union law.I have 20+ years of experience as an advocate, often leading large teams of counsel, in courts and tribunals in the UK and in more than 50 cases before the EU Court of Justice. I also act in arbitrations and mediations. My advisory practice focuses on regulatory or administrative law matters and complex disputes and often involves cross-border issues.
