Managed a multi-business unit program office accountable for developing the initial Cisco Developer Network and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, using the Liferay Portal as a front-end to Salesforce.com for the partner on-boarding process.

Garnered acclaim for IBM in the delivery of complex solutions using waterfall and agile techniques for clients in the financial services, insurance, dot.com, state government, and higher education industries. In this eleven-year period. managed over twenty large-scale projects in the range of $5M to $100M in a road-warrior manner, while performing a give-back role involving the mentoring and coaching of all project managers in the northeast region of IBM Global Services. Was an early adopter of Agile techniques at IBM and was able to transform a document-heavy, waterfall-based systems development method into a lean, hybrid approach.
