In my current role I manage large national insight driven brand campaigns focusing on our network quality that drives user consideration. Utilising traditional media channels such as TV/OOH but also include best in class use of digital and social channels, I manage a team of agencies that bring the story of our brand to life by highlighting the human benefit of our network. I also work on our customer experience program delivering training ensuring that CXX is at the core of our brand and marketing activity. Other roles within Vodafone have included sponsorship management including our sponsorship of Triathlon Ireland and Dublin City Triathlon, conversion and tactical campaign management, regional support of the continued roll out of network services. I have also worked on enterprise targeted marketing programs including media partnerships and events.
