Network planning according to the capacity KPIs of all value addedservices nodes including prepaid charging system. New Services & Promos capacity assessment: pre analysis for all newMarketing services / Promo and meet the timeline as per the project plan. Network optimization: monitoring the new service from day 1 toeliminate any capacity problem, ensure forecasted traffic and find a wayto enhance the services and customer experience. Improve reporting capabilities: develop a planning and optimizationtools to monitor & report about any node in the value added servicesdepartment. End to End services monitoring model and trend analysis: study andanalyze all up & running services in the network and define thestrength/weakness points in the service Cost optimization: CAPEX/OPEX saving initiatives, rollout and swapplans and meet CAPEX budget targets each fiscal year. Business continuity: analyze and enhance the current BC plan with BCteam. Ensure the BC in any new service or Promos by holding bi - weeklymeeting with BC team.. Troubleshooting and solve any technical capacity problem, follow upwith vendor for any new services to guarantee capacity requirementsand scalability options. Upgrade the network nodes according to capacity requirements
