From the rapid shifts in the technological landscape to the changing customer behaviour, I’ve seen it all – working in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market and being on the ground where the action happens. Through my years of experience, I’ve developed a strategy in delivering superior business outcomes: early engagement with clients and building on their existing capabilities to navigate through the landscape. This is especially important with the recent rise of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Analytics and the Cloud. Combined with the increasing complexities in customer experience requirements and the constant need to be cost-effective - which pose as significant challenges to organizations of all sizes - this approach is relevant today more than ever. In talking to my clients and partners, I realise that these challenges are more of an opportunity than a threat. To continue to thrive in today’s digital economy, we must work to ensure that we embrace changes and use it for positive improvement and growth both organisationally and personally. Change is inevitable, so any resistance would just be futile. Instead, focus on embracing it with open arms because once you’ve figured a strategy around it, you’ll stand to reap great benefits.
