Through my years of experience, I’ve developed a strategy in delivering superior business outcomes: early engagement with clients and building on their existing capabilities to navigate through the landscape. This is especially important with the recent rise of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Analytics and the Cloud. Combined with the increasing complexities in customer experience requirements and the constant need to be cost-effective - which pose as significant challenges to organizations of all sizes - this approach is relevant today more than ever. In talking to my clients and partners, I realise that these challenges are more of an opportunity than a threat. Revenues were declining, customer satisfaction was low, channel partners were questioning their commitment to Rockwell and the business was making a loss. The majority of revenues were coming from a single market, Australia. Within 6 months I had restructured the business to achieve sustainable growth, consolidated its position within Australia, and broke into a number of new markets including Thailand and China. Responsibilities for this role included:• Full P&L responsibility• Management responsibility for sales, marketing, service and administration• Development and implementation of regional strategy for Rockwell• Reporting to VP of Worldwide Sales and Rockwell executive teamKey Achievements• Return to maintaining profitability of the region • Increased productivity from the APAC team in both sales and service• Revenue increase of $4Million to $7.5Million• Expansion of business into China and Thailand• Increased customer satisfaction• Channel recognition of Rockwell as a trusted partner
