After having been a coach and Academy Director in Youth Soccer at the USSF DA and MLS NEXT for 10+ years, I took the opportunity to work with the El Salvador men’s national team and their U20’s for over 2 years.These experiences provided me with valuable knowledge as both a coach and a director.I used this experience to create a game model for El Salvador from senior team down to youth national teams. This allowed us to compete against some of the biggest teams in World Football by playing a creative yet disciplined style.I was able to reach milestones that will forever be in their history and set a standard for how and what El Salvador can achieve through organization, hard work, and maximizing talent.
