Hello, my name is Gerson. I am a Data Scientist and Engineer with a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, both from UFRPE. I am also a future specialist in Agile Project Management from CESAR School. I have extensive experience in Leadership, Management, Big Data, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, Machine Learning, and web/mobile solution development. I have a background in teaching, having served as a professor at UFRPE and IFPB.Currently, I am a Machine Learning Engineer at Luizalabs, where I work on creating and maintaining MLOps technologies for automation and the development of Machine Learning products, following the best MLE practices. My responsibilities include model production, best development practices, Kubernetes cluster maintenance, model deployment on k8s, Python package creation, and the analysis and gathering of requirements for ML models.Throughout my career, I have explored various aspects of technology, from designing and implementing complex systems to leveraging data-driven insights to solve problems. I have gained practical experience in Big Data and Data Science, enabling me to extract significant insights from data, develop predictive models, and optimize processes. My passion for teaching has driven me to share my knowledge and mentor future talents in the technology field.As a Machine Learning Engineer, I aim to tackle complex challenges, explore the endless possibilities of machine learning, and apply cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results.
