Columbus system:Employed as a freelance consultant with configuration and system development of the rule system: mobile area. The rule system is characterized by functionality, that has been extracted from the mainframe COBOL programs, to be processed via a java based graphical tool in a customer-oriented dynamic form.Since the area was extremely malfunctioning, it was my job to renovate this and correct the daily errors. Upon my arrival as a consultant, there was about 2000 bugs per day which was completely unacceptable. In close cooperation with other participants, I managed to complete the assignment with nearly 0 errors per day.Absolutely central to the assignment I was employed with extensive DB2 / SQL extracts for cleanup runs for failed customers, as well as for analysis and planning in different contexts. Since the CPU-time was extremely expensive, it required that all SQL has to be optimized in terms of performance.Tools: COBOL, DB2, SQL, EXPLAIN

Reinsurance System:I was engaged in developing a new mainframe PL/1 reinsurance system online/batch and here I did work with analysis, system architecture, data modeling and programming in close cooperation with business analysts and testers.The emphasis was on making the system user-friendly, robust, reliable and extremely fast performing on more than 50 million DB2 rows. It was managed.Topbiz:I have been on loan to Topbiz under their peak period and has here been engaged indevelopment and maintenance of mainframe PL/1 in interaction with java. Also, I have here been working with SAS and DB2/SQL extension.Business and Agriculture: I have on Industry and Agriculture worked with maintenance and troubleshooting. Advance tax payment system:I was employed in the tax system which is an ongoing project which annually implements the new tax law in a never-ending process. I worked to set up an individual preliminary income with increasingly regard to tax and the individual income-related economic profile of the total Danish population. It was a project with an annual absolute deadline. People must have their preliminary income on time.Later I took over the online system with the municipal advance tax treatment with 3000 users distributed in the country's municipalities. It was based on 3270 but was continuously converted to a WEB interface with the mainframe as a backend.Nemkonto:I later changed to NemKonto and was here engaged in the maintenance of this. In addition, I developed a batch statistics system. And finally, I was engaged in the development of online component, including the development of a flexible dynamic online statistics system.Internal consultant:It was KMD's ambition to develop their own consulting business and I agreed to take on this role. I was a consultant on eBoks where I was responsible for the maintenance and development of mainframe backend part. Furthermore, I was a consultant at the Opera which is a labor market intermediary system. Here I was also employed as develop and maintain mainframe backend portion against a WEB interface.
