Been granted the technology ASML scholarship, which is given to 40 students a year. This entails 10.000 euro and a 2-year training program to develop myself further on a professional and personal level. I will also work on a project to educate high school students about technology in a low threshold way.

Internship at MIT, Boston where I got the opportunity to work in the Fluid & Health lab doing research into infectious diseases such as covid and tuberculosis. My specific project was the development of a Exhalation simulator, which can simulate coughs that are benchmarked against real coughs. In this way, the potential reach of infectious diseases can be determined in experiments. Some of the results will be published in a scientific paper.

Team lead in the Project team Employability at Education and Student Affairs of 7 other students.Main responsibility is the implementation of the Employability vision, through development of a tool for improving the employability of Master's students.This is done by organizing different pilots for students to look for the best way to add this important subject in the curriculum of all master studies on the TU/e.- Responsible for multiple big pilots under master students, where different ways of self-assessment are tested. (pilots with up to 2000 students)- Testing the subject scientific integrity under a smaller group of master students. (50-150 students)- Working with program directors and the graduate school director to make sure that students leave the university with the skills to be employable.

Furthermore, I will ensure the quality of the data in the Customer Relationship Management systems, prepare reports and run dashboards about the performances of the company.

The Career & Skillslab team is a multi-disciplinary student team consisting of around 15 ambitious students, who work on the providing of different tools for students to work on their professional and personal skills.My responsibilities include the organizing of workshops and other services to help students in the improving of their professional and personal skills. These services include an online escape room that are used by students to get to know their teammates in the first stages of projects. These different online escape rooms are played by more than 2000 students. I am also the head responsible for our online check service. In this service, we provide tips to students offline/online such that they can improve documents like their CV, Cover Letter and LinkedIn page. In the last year, this service is used by over 450 students.

SOLID is a yearly changing, multidisciplinary team of students from Eindhoven University of Technology. The aim of SOLID is to further the metal fuels technology and the ecosystem surrounding metal fuels. With the many different ongoing projects, the goal is to accelerate and facilitate the energy transition.As Business Analyst, I work on the techno-economical feasibility of the process called hydrogen recuperation. This is a process where steam and iron pellets are used in a green way to store hydrogen.

With the many different ongoing projects, the goal is to accelerate and facilitate the energy transition.In this half year, I was responsible for the partnerships of this students team. I have met up with different companies in the green energy sector, but also outside this sector to come up with new collaborations between our team and theirs. For this function, I followed a 3 day training in acquisition.

With the many different ongoing projects, the goal is to accelerate and facilitate the energy transition. From September 2019 to August 2020 as HR manager, I had the responsibility to maintain a good work atmosphere in the team to create an efficient workflow. In this year, I have planned different events and workshops to improve the atmosphere in this team of about 32 students. Furthermore, I was responsible for the recruitment of students for the next academic year. As HR, there was ensured that there were enough people to continue the work and projects in the next academic year. In the end, we achieved to recruit a full new team of 30 students to run SOLID in the next academic year.
