Purchased Jagger Brothers worsted spinning / manufacturing operation and machinery in early 2019. Continuing the mill's 100+year legacy of custom spinning high quality knitting and weaving yarns in lots of 200# to 5,000#+ with natural and man-made fibers from all over the world, including wools, silks, mohair, acrylic, nylon, lycra, and many others. Instructed 2-4 online or classroom courses/year, with 1-on-1 advising meetings for 90%+ of students who ranged from conditionally admitted Freshman and community college transfers to graduate level. MBTI, Strong, Strengths and other assessments utilized. In-depth career exploration and preparation papers and projects. Full range of career topics covered, including: resume writing, networking, social media, and interviewing. 2 of the courses included significant time management reflection and student success strategies. Customized curriculum for courses including: HCE 604 Career Development, HRD 110 Choices, Changes, and Careers, and LAC 188 College and Career Success.

Customized curriculum for courses, including: CM 100 Speech, CM 221 Professional Communications. Also, currently scheduled to teach BA 642 Leadership in Business and Professions and BA 411 Organizational Behavior.

Corporate, individual, and university offerings include: strategic planning, management and human resources consulting, talent management projects, customized career transition / outplacement, assessment, coaching / advising, resume writing, and team / leadership learning programs. Provides counsel to supplement corporate leadership and HR initiatives. MBTI Step II, DISC, EQi 2.0, 360, TKI, and numerous other assessments utilized.

Trained and advised hundreds of military members at sites and bases around the country during AFSC contract period. Focused on helping participants make successful career transitions, with many matriculating to community colleges and universities. Customized GI bill/student portion of TAP curriculum and instructed 800+ transitioning military members via 35+ 3-day seminars, with up to 40% of attendees/class planning to pursue a degree.

Formerly engaged as full-time Vice President during start-up/re-launch phase. While current consulting focus is currently Core Choices, still continuing to partner with CMA as needed to perform management consulting, coaching, assessment, outplacement, and training functions for CMA corporate clients.

Administered proto-type career development program through consulting contract with UNH. Advised/coached 109 students over 4 years and 800+ meetings, facilitating average of 31 internships and 14 consulting projects/year. Counseled and assisted students in job search, including resume writing, networking, and mock interviewing.

Provided range of human resource consulting services - from outplacement and university MBA career services to retained search. Utilized MBTI, Strong, Campbell, and other assessment tools. Facilitated various career transition seminars and coach individual clients. Started in retained / executive search role in 1997, moving to senior consultant focusing on outplacement, and then VP with primary career transition responsibilities. Served 3 different owners.
