Responsible for the Genetic Report system. An automatic reporting module to deliver personalized pdf reports to the end-user. Starting with the genetic analysis results and using a rule-based system we were able to provide insights and personalized recommendations based on different genetic variants. - Extended the possible inputs to accept 23andWe and similar files, clinical analysis data, client API's, Agena's Copy number variation and Somatic Reporter data. - Collaborated with the Scientific and Commercial teams to develop 20+ genetic reports (from wellness to pharmacogenetics)- Built a customization sub-module to allow different report layouts for business partners. - Developed an API to accept paperless requisitions for our genetics tests - Collaborated with clients to integrate their LIMS with our SaaS platform, ensuring interoperability - Provided support and updated our main backend and orchestration system in order to provide new features for our LIMS.
