I'm mainly responsible for the Ice Cream Department but I've had many experiences with the Coffee Department and Bakery. We all work together. I also deal with customers, so I have some experience with customer service. I produce and stock products in our areas around the store. Fore example, we make chocolate dipped ice cream cones, frozen pretzels, chocolate barks, ice cream quarts, ice cream sandwiches with chocolate wafers, mini chocolate chip cookies ice cream sandwiches too. In this fall we're starting to sell candy apples. We hand dipped them in white chocolate, fudge, or caramel and we decorate them. We also have to make fudge. of course we have our own display so decoration and organization should be one of my best skills.Last but not least, I am very experienced with cleaning up and closing the department.The Coffee department I'm starting to work more often at it now since people are buying more coffee lately so I've also closed that department a couple of times.I know how to use an espresso machine, and I know how to make a cappuccino and various other drinks that we offer. In the Bakery department I haven't done much, I usually just help out when there's no one there.I know how to write on cakes and decorate them.
