I have been honored to be a member of Das Grup for the past 21 years, and very happy to have had Carrie as my Art Rep. She's a tireless go-getter and a real advocate for us, her artists.

I have been a Freelance Illustrator for 28 years- with the last 7 years spent working in the film and game industry. I am a graduate of Art Center College of Design and now I specialize in dynamic, stylized, thought provoking digital and traditionally painted artwork for film and game studios. I am proficient in Photoshop & Painter. I have experience with Sketch-Up, Motion, Final Cut Pro, ZBrush, Modo & Lightwave as well as an Analog paint brush. Some of my recent clients include: yU+co, Rhythm & Hues, Cartoon Network, Rainmaker Entertainment, LEGO, Cinematic Titanic, Hasbro, DNA Productions, Junction Point Studios, White Rock Lake productions, Mattel, Disney, Paramount, Atari, Nestle, Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing, Warner Bros., MST3K & Best Brains, Inc, Nintendo and Presto Studios.

Hollywood

From Feature Film title sequences to video games, yU+co has had many interesting illustration projects I've had the pleasure to work on.

Concept art, production paintings, color script and character texture/color for "FireBreather" CG film.

Created sketches and layered, final “Pitch Art” for a "After Effects" style, moving script. The art was then animated for story telling purposes.

I worked in Vancouver at Rainmaker Animation on concept and Viz Dev for an animated feature film, “Escape From Planet Earth”. I helped with character, vehicle, environments and architecture designs.

I have been contributing concept and production art for a new Video Game at Junction Point Studios. Character, environment and architecture designs and ideas.

Living in Dallas for a year working on the Ant Bully with a team of 7 artists, we produced over 300 illustrations for key frames, and for the lighting and texture departments. I painted very large sky mattes (20,000 pixels across) as well as environments and background elements for the film.
