As a member of the Professional Services team, I help customers get the most out of their investment in RedSeal, a network modeling and risk scoring platform. In addition to helping customers use the product, I also develop Python scripts to extract data from the RedSeal API.

Following Strangeloop's acquisition by Radware, worked as a Professional Services Engineer supporting CDN partners using the FastView product, including management of the virtualized infrastructure on which it runs. More recently, I have begun acting as a technical account manager supporting premium customers as they implement Radware's DDoS attack mitigation solution.

Worked as a Solutions Architect supporting strategic partners, with an emphasis on integration of the Strangeloop product into content delivery networks (CDNs).

Worked as an Implementation Engineer covering global accounts. Provided pre-sales and post-sales support as well as on site and remote installation of the Strangeloop Site Optimizer, a Linux-based web site accelerator. Also managed Strangeloop’s Amazon EC2 cloud infrastructure and participated in QA and test efforts as needed.

Worked as a Systems Engineer covering enterprise and major NEM accounts. Provided pre-sales and post-sales support for Spirent's L4-7 (Avalanche), mobile wireless (Landslide), and security (ThreatEx) products. Support of Spirent's network monitoring and test activities at the Supercomputing tradeshow from 2000 to present.

Pre-deployment testing of Cisco hardware/software for a Fortune 100/Fortune 500 customer.

Wrote comparative reviews of Quality of Service appliances, WAN compression/optimization devices, and network management software.

Helped monitor UF's Internet connectivity and steer involvement in advanced network projects such as the Access Grid, IPv6, and Quality of Service.

Worked as an intern at the Cisco Technical Assistance Center. Specifically, I assisted in recreates of problematic router/switch configurations for the ISP and WAN teams.

While a student at UF, I worked as a network and systems administrator in the Department of Civil Engineering supporting their network of Sun workstations.
