I qualified as a Broadband Technician and completed full training within Eircom Net. My role required that I became proficient in the operation of many in-house developed software applications in a limited time period. My responsibilities involved handling an average of 30-60 incoming calls per day. I was also involved in residential support and the maintenance of open Customer issues. It was my responsibility to keep customers updated and ensure a prompt turnover in issue resolution. The areas I covered included Email, Networking, ISDN, Broadband, Dial up Networking, Browser, Virus issues and connection issues along with many more. I was continually tasked with making call-backs to dissatisfied Customers on behalf of Team Leaders and call-backs to Customers experiencing issues that required in-depth troubleshooting.

My role involved developing and testing Software using specific languages and platforms. I was responsible for administration of databases locally and remotely.
