About Greg Hester

I began my career as a Software Tester in the video game industry. Video Games have been, not only one of my favorite hobbies, but one of my biggest passions. I’ve always thought of games as a very expressive form of interactive art and entertainment that brings both family and friends together in engaging stories and environments. As a SDET, I’ve been in the unique position to advocate for millions of other people just like me; the customer. While I'm not in the gaming industry anymore, I'm able to utilize what I've learned over the past 13+ years as a tester to help bring numerous unique products to the worldwide marketplace. With my QA experience, business owners and stakeholders can ship products that they are confident will give their customers the experiences that they want to deliver.

Responsible for test planning and generating Gameplay functionality test cases to be run by other members of the test team. I was also involved in the development of tools used within the Reserves GTO pre-certification (Black Ops) team. Tools Developed: Game Certification Report Generator & Scoring Tool – Automatically generates reports that are sent to game Core teams.
