Hello! A bit about me—I graduated from Meredith College with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Psychology. Completing a four-year degree was a significant achievement as a first-generation college graduate. Initially, I planned to apply for pharmacy school and worked as a pharmacy technician. However, after completing my B.S., I realized pharmacy wasn't the right fit.I made the decision to pivot my career towards becoming a data analyst despite the challenges of transitioning from a different academic background. I successfully learned essential skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau. My experience in problem-solving, communication, and using Excel from previous jobs, where constant learning was the norm, facilitated a smooth transition into data analytics.
