- Providing an online market place that gives customers customized travel packages for India, SE Asia & Europe. - Planning with the customers to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations- Coordinate with other business partners in the travel community to facilitate a positive experience for customers- Customer acquisition through word of mouth, database churning and social media- Use promotional techniques in social media and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages- Competition study and Cost planning for customers to ensure maximum value to customers in competitive price- Single-handedly resolving all before & within travel issues and prepare contingency plans- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to customers- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings- Taking care of travel related finances & transfers of both partners & customers- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip- Keep learning about latest industry trends and research on various destinations, local destination experts- Attend fairs, webinars, conferences and other educational programs- Describe trips to customers and give details on required documents, such as passports and visas- Attends travel seminars and conferences
