As a full stack developer, I was responsible for developing new admin/manager B2B features and helped to revamp and optimize the current B2B features resulting in better user experience.- Delivered features single-handedly as well as with team while meeting deadlines- Implemented the Confluence integration, a highly demanded feature by B2B Clients, enabling them to link Confluence documents within the content created on Educative Platform- Developed the Onboarding Template Library, which allowed users to create onboarding paths from available templates or from scratch.- Implemented the team member profile to provide managers and admins a consolidated view of team members' learning and onboarding journey- Caching and State persistance across dashboards using SWR resulting in better user experience- Optimized Onboarding Dashboard to decrease the load time from 10 seconds to approximately 2-3 seconds.- Was part of initial 6 members team who worked on a new product Work (a product management tool)- Implemented initial skeleton of the Work Product that included dashboards, CRUD operations on dashboards, sidebar and breadcrumbs. Shipped features like scheduled reports, workflow favorites, notifications flow for workflow task and review manager. - Worked with technologies like ReactJs, NextJs, Python, Typescript, NodeJs, Tailwind CSS, SWR, Git, Redux, Google Cloud Datastore, YJS, Unit Tests, Selenium Tests- Helping new team members to understand our team flows and codebase and help them to solve any challenges faced by them.- Shown extreme ownership and bias for action. Always remained on top of the issues/bugs and does not hesitate to pick tasks on my own- Performed as a team player by helping team members with timely code reviews and helped them in bugs investigation- Communicated directly with PMs and Design team to get requirements of features

I have been selected by Rocket.Chat in Google Summer of Code 2021. Google Summer of Code is an international internship program, organized by Google. In GSoC students work three months to successfully complete a requested open-source software project during the summer.
