I started my management career in the Cruise Industry in 1994 as a Chief Purser, sparking a passion for people and operations that has guided my work to this day. Returning to shore in 2004, I have been a trusted General Manager for various businesses across Aviation and Marine Pilotage companies.With a key focus on positive people management in customer-facing roles, my career has seen me tackle many challenges, with skills including contract management, new business development, stakeholder engagement and presentation. I am proactive in my approach to operations and solutions-focused in my dealings with customers; something I have been fortunate enough to do worldwide.
