Senior in the Financial Due diligence team for 2 and a half years. I've been part of buy side DD in Energy, infrastructure and TMT sector. Our Scope of work and my tasks as a senior were: - Adjusted Key financials as EBITDA with the goal of showing one-offs /non-recurring items, provisions made/released and changes in accounting policies / applications- Adjusted Key financials as Net Debt, establishing the level of net debt in the business and the expected net debt at the proposed acquisition date.- Other activities as: (i) P&L/GM analysis focusing on price/volume analysis and customer churn as well as main O&M and Rental. (ii) Reviewing major changes on fixed assets, receivables and payables ageing, bank loans contracts and movements in net equity.
