About Giancarlo Rodriguez
As someone who is the first in my family to attend college and comes from a low income background I take pride in my accomplishments. From working in my mothers salon at the age of six to legally starting my career at sixteen these experiences have shaped my resilience and ambition. These values guide me as I face challenges and seek solutions not for success but also to make a meaningful impact on my family, hometown of Escondido, CA and similar communities.Driven by curiosity and passion I am excited about bridging the gap between theories and practical application in the world. My dedication to thinking has provided me with opportunities at Morgan Stanley, Westminster Free Clinic and SC Outfitters. In these roles I have applied decision making skills to projects involving consulting plans, fundraising initiatives and operational direction. This brought me to Blue Garnet. My ultimate goal is to utilize my knowledge and abilities to address real world challenges while fostering growth and enhancing my professional development. With my approach and a wide range of experiences I am well prepared to handle the challenges that come with the world. I am enthusiastic about sharing my perspectives and making an impact in the changing environment of the social sector.
