●Coordinate with other department to ensure quality of product and process, improve yield and evaluate new product/machine/technology● Evaluates and supports inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines● Drive Material Review Board (MRB) commit, Change Action board (CAB) commit, Corrective action request (CAR) cycle time improvement, ●Drive external & internal audit and customer complain, Coordinates and tracks the corrective/preventative action effort.● Initiate, investigation and respond to customer complaint on a timely basis meeting CAR cycle time requirement.●Act as key interface between customers and manufacturing on quality matters●Drive quality improvement programs in the assigned area of responsibilities.● Promote quality awareness within organization ●Ensure linkages and drive Gap closure for FMEA & Control Plan● Be trained about: SIPOC,FMEA, Control plan, MSA● Has attendance and successful passed the training course for ISO/TS16949:2009 Awareness and Interpreting, ISO/TS16949:2009 Internal Auditor of of SGS Vietnam

Job description● Analyze defect at production line, suggest cause and review process.●Connect with Manufacturing section, Equitment Engeineering section to make test to seek for root cause of defect, base on PDCA circle, Process condition sheet, SPC, 7 QC tool, FMEA and patrol actual on process● Find out the causes of defect and method to solve and prevent them happened at production line base on 8D-Problem Solving● Patrol actual on process and find out risks, can make defect on product and find out solutions to solve them● Contact with other section (QC section, QA section, Development section….) to find out the repairing methods for defective products and solving the defect ● Improve quality of process, yield of products and make daily report, weekly report for Supervisor and Manager ● Evaluate new material or new tool to cost down or improve yield of product●Contact with other section (QC section, QA section, Development section, manufacturing section….) to solve abnormality happened in line and countermeasure solution
