THP Group is Vietnam’s largest FMCG company, developing, producing, and selling three of the country’s national brands: Dr. Thanh Herbal Tea, Dr. Thanh Green Tea, and Number One Energy Drink.* Talent Acquisition (TA) Scope:Receive and check all assigned recruitment requirements, ensuring they are valid records according to established processes.Search for and establish candidate sources from both internal and external channels, including posting recruitment information on the internal website, job networks, and professional communities, to create a diverse pool of quality candidates.Coordinate with relevant departments for interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and values to select the most suitable candidates.Prepare offer letters for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company procedures.Guide candidates in preparing necessary documents and forward them to the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department to create employee numbers.Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare system resources and facilities, creating favorable conditions for new staff to complete their assigned tasks.Meet and support newcomers to help them integrate quickly into the company culture.Update recruitment status for relevant departments to keep them informed about the recruitment process for required positions.Implement recruitment reports, resignation reports, and other documentation to help managers understand the situation and make timely decisions.Work with the professional division to conduct interviews and assess the capabilities and professional orientation of internal candidates.* HR Business Partner (HRBP) Scope:Understand business requirements and deliver value-added HR services in support of functional strategy.Consult with heads of functions/managers to align people metrics with midterm and long-term business needs.Conduct exit interviews.
