With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Tacoma Community College, I am a passionate and motivated professional who strives to plan and bring people together. I served as the Director of Outreach and Engagement at William Factory Small Business Incubator, where I developed and executed strategies to increase the visibility and impact of the organization. I also established and maintained relationships with various stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, media, and community members. I have a strong educational background, having earned an Honors Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as multiple certificates in customer service, management, and marketing from Tacoma Community College. I have also demonstrated my leadership abilities and communication skills as the Secretary of the Student Government Body and as an Academic Tutor and a Peer Advocate.I am eager to learn more and continuously improve to my skill sets.
