• Developed a web scraping program using Python to gather data on prospects, locations, and positions. The program used Beautiful Soup 4, Selenium Web driver, and Pandas, to automate searching through a list of investors to output an Excel report for stakeholders to review as part of a go-to-market initiative. • Coded a Python program using Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib to rank businesses and gauge revenue potential as part of a go-to-market strategy. Used Python’s data science capabilities to normalize the variables (client funds, client age, gross profits, activity, liquidity) and applied a weighted average formula to output a ranking per client. The rankings determined if the client should be tiered as “gold”, “silver”, or “bronze”. • Developed and launched an organization-wide Tableau Dashboard that tracks company gross profits, gross profit trends, and average client funds. The dashboard consisted of several calculated fields to output percentage changes, dollar changes, and averages over time. This used for performance reviews by org leaders and for stakeholders to proactively cross sell products for their clients. This automated the organizations operations reporting and sales reporting initiatives.• Created and deployed a niche-level Tableau Dashboard that supported the stakeholder’s go-to-market strategies to acquiring new clients. The dashboard combined several different data sources and used calculated fields and parameters to prioritize a subsector of clientele as high-potential companies for the stakeholders to proactively contact as part of a sales initiative.• Provided high quality monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to stakeholders using Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel. These reports were used to analyze performance trends (gross profit, client funds, market share, etc.), market trends (investor activity, niche activity, popular geos, etc.), and public reactivity (results of the economy, political statements, employment trends).
