Gianna Burns is a bartending professional based in San Francisco. They have a passion for creative thinking and how it can lead to exceptional hospitality. Most recently, they work for one of North America's 50 Best Bars of 2022, Friends & Family. Gianna has been able to hone they skills and truly focus on their craft. As a queer POC, it is important to them that representation is elevated in the bar industry. They work with organizations like Brown and Balanced, a series of pop up events created to celebrate African American bartenders. Previously, Gianna has worked for renowned bar programs such as Trick Dog; named one of the World's 50 Best Bars of 2019, Future Bars, and the San Francisco Haight Street staple, The Alembic.
