Senior Administrative Associate
Current• Aid Preparedness Division leadership with administrative tasks such as timekeeping and expense reporting, division timesheet submission compliance, and maintaining hour, projection, and utilization trackers.• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of important documents, guides, and firm-wide trainings as requested with tight deadlines.• Interface and provide training to all Preparedness Division new hires on timekeeping and expense software and frequently used programs. Schedule all required onboarding sessions for new hires and troubleshoot schedule conflicts as needed. Provided additional guidance to new hires as needed.• Gather data and compose various reports on a regular schedule for Preparedness Division leadership.• Write and provide revisions to primers, guides, and memos for onboarding, core consulting skills, service offerings, and program how-to guidance. • Conduct research and compose a variety of business development materials, including publications, blog posts, and Op-eds, usually with very quick turnaround. Notably, aided in the creation of three op-eds for high-level executives that were shared at the national level.• Provide QA/QC reviews for client deliverables of 100+ pages on tight deadlines.• Coordinate with fellow Hagerty associates on special projects, as assigned.
