As a bartender at Portland Harbor Hotel, I work directly with guests by mixing and serving drink orders. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairings and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. I also handle food orders and any inquiries regarding specials and menu omissions/ substitutions. Ensuring food and beverage safety is always a priority. I enjoy maintaining a clean, organized and stocked work area for ease and efficiency.

I’m responsible for taking drink and food orders, and providing services for any additional requests regarding their dining experience.
