In January 2009, I founded PANTA RAY. I am a business consultant offering advisory on Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Fraud Management and Change Management. From 2014 to 2019, I was the Business Continuity Institute Italy Chapter Leader until the end of 2019. I hold the international certification of Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI), the highest level of certification in BC (the only one in Italy). I was among the initiators and was appointed Chair of the BCI global group 'Women in Resilience'. I resigned from the position in August 2020. I had a long professional experience (33 years) in JPMorgan Chase Bank. I used to manage the business support side as I had the role of Technology & Operations Manager of Chase Italy. Then, I spent 4 years in UK as Shared T&O Manager for all the Branches of Chase in the EMEA Region.I was also EMEA Operational Risk Manager. In the last part of my career at JPMC I was Resiliency Manager for the EMEA Branches (Business Continuity and Crisis Management).I am Professor of Business Continuity at the Luiss University and at the University of Genoa. I am also Professor of Enterprise Risk Management at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome in the Master Course for Security Managers.In 2017, I gained the Intl' Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management issued by the Institute of Risk Management. I contribute in the editing and reviews of the ISO 22301, 22313, 22317 and 22332, ISO 22361 representing Italy on behalf of UNI.
