Reporting to the COO, worked closely with the executive team and CEO to identify, direct and implement programs, partnerships and initiatives to support the strategic objectives of Delos and establishment of subsidiary the International WELL Building Institute. Collaborated and partnered with stakeholders, including third-party partners and consultants, to develop and implement internal operations and business processes, which have been instrumental to enabling the organization to launch a new-to-market global offering and accelerate quickly from start-up to high-growth phase.As the pioneer of Wellness Real Estate™, Delos is transforming our homes, offices, schools and other indoor environments by placing health and wellness at the center of design and construction decisions. The Delos platform includes technology, consulting, research, design and innovative solutions for the built environment – creating spaces that nurture and promote human health and well-being.Delos is breaking new ground and defining the conditions required for enhancing wellness in all sectors of the built environment. Informed by seven years of research and rigorous analysis of environmental health impacts on people, Delos has fostered research collaborations with the Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, a board of doctors from the Columbia University Medical Center and leading architects, scientists and wellness thought leaders to introduce wellness standards, programs and solutions into the built environment.

In a pay for performance and incentive-based environment, provided full-range compensation support in the development, execution and management of all major compensation initiatives (base pay and variable incentive plans) for 3 non-retail business units within the Walgreens Family of Companies (5,000+ employees). Positions supported included clinical providers, healthcare workers, corporate and sales professionals. Business segments included the Consumer Solutions division - Retail Clinic in select Walgreens retail stores; Employer Solutions division - Employer-based work site healthcare solutions; multi-channel B2B and managed care sales force. Partnered with, provided counsel, and worked closely with HR Team, senior leadership and Walgreens corporate offices in support of key business and growth objectives with a passion and commitment to enhance the role of HR and the Compensation function as an effective and valued business partner. Project lead and design team member for the redesign of Sales Compensation/Incentive Plans for restructured sales organization; implemented broadbanding compensation structure; partnered with business leaders and Finance to develop annual incentive programs; implemented and oversaw the execution of best practice programs and practices to support the attraction and retention of an engaged workforce.

Consulted with Founder and research team on projects that resulted in the launch of Wellness Real Estate™.

Trusted partner to HR and business leaders on a full-range of compensation and HR related issues, including executive compensation programs, for 4 Johnson & Johnson affiliates/business units (exceeding $4 billion in combined revenue). Built relationships at all levels with a passion and committment to enhance the role of HR as an effective and valued business partner. J&J Standards of Leadership Award recipient. Recognized for ability to proactively identify solutions, work collaboratively and produce results. Facilitated major job evaluation projects and organizational design changes. Liaison to J&J Corporate and survey groups for survey input and market data integrity.
