In my role within the Oracle Support Team at the London Borough of Camden, I am involved in an implementation project within the ERP Finance Oracle Cloud system, focusing on enhancing procurement processes and system functionality. We are transitioning to the new Oracle Responsive Procurement Application, and I am collaborating with a senior BA to produce and manage a detailed project plan to ensure the successful execution of all project phases. Through this work, I am developing expertise in the P2P processes (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoicing, Contracts, and Supplier Management). Additionally, I support the team with data analysis using Excel, assisting the P2P team in making informed business decisions. My responsibilities include engaging with business users to discuss requirements, collaborating with third-party consultants, and internal technical teams for system configuration, issue resolution, and system testing. I also provide project updates to management. In this role, I use my research and documentation skills by attending Oracle Procurement webinars, engaging on the Oracle Customer Connect platform, and conducting impact analyses along with other project documentation (e.g., Issues Log, Roadmap, Presentations, Procedures, Manuals, Business Process Flows).
