When I was a kid, I was called the "Family IT Department" because I had both a PC and an iMac. It made me curious about how things work with different types of tech and how different operating systems function and which benefits more from the other. What I took away from that was all technology is different and it changes from each other but have the capability of working together. That's how I applied that mindset within my career.I started my first tech job with working as an IT Technician at University of Montana learned a lot about certain hardware, software programs faculty and staff use, as well as beyond the basics with learning security, data management, and networking for the campus. I have applied that in my next tech job at First Interstate Bank starting as a First Support Help Desk Rep where I was assisting employees at First Interstate Bank who have hardware and software issues that have affected their ability to provide financial services to customers. Along with hardware and software troubleshooting, I would also reach out to other IT departments for any issues regarding access, networking, security, and cloud. I am currently working as a Desktop Analyst I at First Interstate Bank applying that mindset along with technical skills to analyze and solve hardware and software issues Along with that, I install and configure software and/or systems installed for employees' who work in office or remotely on their desktops or laptops across different locations in First Interstate Bank.
