Sara Gibson is Co-Founder and CEO of 20°. 20° is a management consulting company that specializes in extending nonprofits' income beyond philanthropy. She brings deep technical knowledge of fundraising, organizational change and a record of success to her work in resourcing solutions. A seasoned, collaborative, high-energy nonprofit expert who brings the experience of a senior staff member, Board Chair and strategic volunteer of diverse organizations to conversations from strategy to execution, Sara works alongside leadership and front line staff to ensure missions are achieved. In addition to block and tackle development skills such as major donor cultivation, development plan creation and donor system creation, Sara also specializes in creative and cutting edge conversations and practices such as Opportunity Zones, Pay for Success, Leadership Council creation, collective impact, and engaging unexpected allies.
