I have been the Head of Department (HOD) for English at Collegiate International School (CIS) Dubai since August 2021, leading and supporting a team of qualified and dedicated teachers to deliver high-quality education that meets the diverse needs and aspirations of our students. CIS Dubai is a leading educational institution that offers the American Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. I hold a Master's degree in Technology and Learning Design from Roehampton University, and I am currently pursuing a NCDA Career Counseling course to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field.My core competencies include curriculum development, assessment design, lesson planning, classroom management, and online learning. I am passionate about integrating technology and innovation into teaching and learning, and I constantly seek new ways to enhance student engagement, collaboration, and achievement. I also value continuous professional development and research, and I strive to create a culture of excellence and innovation among my colleagues and students. With over eight years of teaching experience in various international schools, I have multiple publications and projects on topics such as adult education, blended learning, and digital literacy.
