As part of the Talent Center of Excellence supporting businesses across the global group with achievement of their people strategies - ensuring processes, data and programmes met the needs of current and future talent requirements. Included roll out and management of succession management and high potential development portfolios, and advanced analytics and insights reporting for these areas.

Overseeing assessment for selection and development across the organisation (10 000+ employees). Including automation of assessment processes and production of advanced analytics and reporting.

Providing actionable data analysis insights upon which businesses can create and implement meaningful interventions. This role specialised in qualitative data collection and analysis - helping me to become a "bilingual qual and quant analyst".

Assessment and Development of Professional and Managerial positions across the Army, Navy, Air force and Military Health services, including assessment, data analytics and reporting, as well as feedback and development planning.
