My role here is to develop and push forward the wine portfolio of Sheridan Coopers, which is the fabulous wine division of Drink Warehouse UK. My duties are:- Ensuring that the Key Account Managers are equipped with all the necessary and desirable training to become fully accustomed to the wine portfolio and its many facets- Supporting the Key Account Managers with wine expertise, collateral, consumer insights, patterns and trends- Developing existing business working closely with the sales team- Developing new business and acquisition working closely with the sales team- Developing a robust programme of dynamic, innovative and memorable wine led events for both customer and consumer - Developing a training and education facility on-site at DWUK HQ

Responsible for the design and delivery of multi-faceted wine training programmes for our On-trade customers covering London, Surrey and Kent.Creating complete, bespoke and dedicated presentation packages and modules to meet the requirements of our customers. These requirements range from simple but informative tastings and workshops through to intense and high level programmes and courses, produced in-house and using Ellis Wines branded packages.WSET Educator delivering Level 1 in Wines and Level 2 in Wines & Spirits.Specialties: Wine Tasting, social media utlisation, wine trade research and reporting, restaurant and bar knowledge especially in London, event speaking and lunch/dinner hosting.
