We are a UK-based independent specialist importer of Argentine, Chilean and Uruguayan wines. Established in 2011 by Lee Evans and his wife Maria, a native of Argentina, our focus is on discovering unique producers who are new to the UK market. Knowledgeable and passionate about the South American wine category, we offer over 150 wines representing key regions, varietals and price points. We pride ourselves on our long-term customer and supplier relationships, exceptional customer service and wide portfolio of wines with an excellent price-quality ratio. First recognised at the Harpers Awards in 2013, as finalists in the ‘Best New/Emerging Drinks Business’ category, we were awarded ‘Specialist Merchant of the Year (South America)’ by the International Wine Challenge in 2019. We are also proud to be 10th in the Wine Merchant Mag’s league table of ‘Suppliers you most enjoy working with’. We deal directly with all our producers and enjoy close, longstanding relationships with our key partners. Every wine has been carefully selected through regular visits to the wineries and a rigorous blind tasting process to ensure we meet the high expectations of the UK market. Once the wines arrive in the UK they are stored in our bonded warehouse and delivered throughout the UK in a fast, efficient manner by specialists in wine logistics. You can be confident that any wine delivered to you will be in perfect condition, with all the vibrancy, character and sense of place that the winemaker intended.
