-Receiving and processing customer orders in an accurate and time efficient manner to ensure stock arrives on time and in full-Maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to all queries in a timely manner and taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is resolved-Keeping track of stock levels, determining when & where stock is required and organising the movement of stock from source to destination-Arranging the repacking of multiple SKU’s for multiple sales channels-Ensuring end of month stock reconciliation is accurate and investigating any discrepancies-Processing customer invoices through the accounting software, Xero -Maintaining strong working relationships with third party logistics partners -Managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Carrier Central-Managing multiple shipments whilst achieving cost efficiency

-Processing orders via email or phone and planning delivery routes (approximately 100 orders per day)-Proactively seeking new opportunities and upselling-Warehouse duties; stocktakes, unloading deliveries using a forklift, picking stock, packing vans and delivering stock to customers-Set up and managed a Shopify B2C store. This included page design, product uploads, inventory management, order processing and invoicing.

-Hiring, training, organising and managing staff-Cellar maintenance-Stock ordering, merchandising and inventory management-Organising events both in and out of the bar, including community fairs and festivals Selling to trade customers and maintaining trade relationships-Managing the bars social media accounts

- general IT support for Macs and PC’s- operating system upgrades / software rebuilds- setup and installation of new computer systems- hardware and software fixes- answering customer queries via phone or email- booking in customers for initial visits and returns- organising appointments to maximise logistical efficiency- network setup and installation

- purchasing stock for all 9 branches- investigating delivery discrepancies- transferring stock between branches to avoid loss of sales- sourcing stock from alternative suppliers when the first choice supplier is out of stock
