** FCA trainings / process implementing and follow ups in Sri Lanka / India / Bangladesh** Evaluate the factories and FCAs performance in each month and taking necessary actions.Sri Lanka Total Factories - 21 / India Total Factories - 4 / Bangladesh Total Factories - 6** Oversee factories based in Sri Lanka** Providing technical supports and resolving product issues.** Conducting meeting with vendors to discuss production Quality and delivery progress.** Conducting Style Risk Analysis meetings to identify the potential issues in advance and taking necessary actions to avoid the issues in bulk production** Pilot run / PP Sample / TOP sample review and approving Production Related responsibilities. ** On time delivery follow ups** Production status report (PSR) follow up** Shipping variance approvals** Communicate and solve all production related issue

• Oversee 22 vendor factories based in Sri Lanka and achieving EB quality standards.• Implementing and monitoring EB quality standards in each factory.• Training and Upgrading QAs and Factory FCAs • Check PSSP / TOP / FIT/ samples ,TEST REPORTS and giving approvals • Inspecting current production and setup the standards.• Giving technical support and resolving issues when they needed.• Doing Final inspections for hi-Lighted P.Os and make sure all bulk products ship within the standards.• Coordinate with every factory daily basis and taking information such as production status (WIP) , Quality levels and discussing solutions when found a issues • Evaluate the factories and FCAs performance in each month and taking necessary actions such as training and technical support to the factories who not performing up to the EB standards.• Work with factories to achieve OTD (On Time Delivery) without any failures. And motivate them.• Coordinate with EBUS and EBASIA team to sort out issues and updating quality and production status daily basis.• Coordinate with factory directors / Top managers and factory teams to sort out production/quality issues • Follow-up the Needle process / Oil and stain Process /CTPAT with the factories and make sure all process are in place with EB standards.• Evaluate the factory process in every 3 months and giving support to implement new systems procedures to increase the quality level.• Maintaining Style Risk analysis chart, factory inspections rate chart, Sample charts, FCA performance chart and sending summary results to the each factories and to EB team.• conducting a SRA meeting and discussing each and every styles details, issues and find the solutions before the bulk production start,

Product development1. Develop the development samples, fit samples , PSSP samples ,etc..With pattern makers and giving technical help as they needed.2. Conducting a sample meetings- during this meeting handover the tech packAnd explain the comments and solutions to the relevant persons.3. Introducing cost saving methods, production easy methodsAnd special attachments in product development stage4. Going through all test report ( Garment test report(ASTM/AATCC) /Fabric test report(ASTM/AATCC) / Pin setting report /pull test report etc...) And find the solutions to solve if reports rejected.5. Overlooking completed samples. fit on checking , cross check with comments.And giving approvals to send the package to buyer.6. Update the Eddie Bauer WEB PDM for sending samples with found technicalComments, measurements and our suggestions to buyer. Quality Manager 1. Dealing with customers and achieve their quality requirements.2. Conducting quality meetings to increase the quality levels and upgrade the team.3. Overlooking fabric inspection. 4. Conducting PP meeting/ Quality meeting to increase the quality level when needed.5. Giving approvals and adjustments to size set , pilot run, etc.. to factory and to sub plants.6. Implementing the 7.0 System and traffic light system for increase the quality levels in production.7. Implementing Plan-do-check-act (pdca) in production line to increase the quality.8. Resolving all kind of technical issues in production when they needed.9. Handing over the daily quality report to the Managing Director and taking actions to increaseThe quality.10.
