I have over several years experience in the defence industry specialising in R&D, product and test development. Since 2006 I have been working in a small company developing cutting edge technology for high risk applications. My role is that of a reginal director of operations managing projects from concept to completion including production & design. Whilst working as a senior project manager I was also responsible for managing suppliers. This has given me a very practical understanding of contract management which has given me an opportunity to help companies realise their potential and achieve new objectives and business strategies
