I am a licensed professional mechanical engineer who holds a BS from the University of New Mexico and an MS from Stanford University. During my long career at Sandia National Laboratories, I have innovated and developed many products for our national security. I have written multi-year, multi-million dollar project plans, provided programmatic and technical oversight, and led large teams to deliver products on time and within budget. I am knowledgeable of design definition and manufacturing processes. I understand the importance of process control and of maintaining a customer focus.My wife and I are native New Mexicans who have raised our now grown children in the Village of Los Ranchos where we still live. As a serious hobbyist, I grow over a half ton of wine grapes per year, I make wine, and I eagerly share my knowledge with friends.
