1. Conduct Technical Meetings with Clients -  Lead discussions with clients to review their data needs and requirements.   2.  Create Data Load Request Cases -  Log data load requests via Salesforce and Jira.   3.  Perform Data Analysis and Transformation -  Use Excel and RStudio to analyze and transform client data to meet database formats.  4.  Load Client Data into the System -  Load processed client data into the system either through a data importer or directly via the database backend.  5.  Perform Quality Analysis Checks -  Conduct quality checks to ensure client data is accurately loaded into the system.  6.  Develop Reports Using Looker Studio and Microsoft Reporting Tools -  Create and customize reports based on client requirements.  7.  Assist Clients with Access Rights and Data Queries -  Resolve client issues related to access rights and data queries.

1. Develop systems for collecting data in an organized way and ensure that is cleaned by removing missing or wrong information, duplicates and errors. Ensuring high quality data for high quality analysis.2. Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret results, detect patterns and trends in the dataset and find opportunities for process improvements and fix code and other data related issues.3. Produce reports for internal stakeholders and even external clients using presentation tools such as graph slides or spreadsheets.4. Interact with project managers, marketers, executives and sales people.5. Collaborate closely with data science professionals such as data architects and database developers. Work with sales teams, technical teams and client teams to understand the business issues we were tackling together and to ensure my analysis would be able to address those questions.

Responsibilities and duties :-1. Maintaining and developing a modern, cost effective, stable and secure ICT infrastructure available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.2. Providing “business analyst” skills to all user departments of the organization.3. Setting up and monitoring contracts with external suppliers for the provision of technical support as required.4. In conjunction with the Finance setting, agreeing and monitoring ICT budgets.5. Developing, in liaison with HR, a formalized training programme for all users with the aim of raising skills, standards and awareness in the use of ICT applications (Microsoft word, excel and outlook) and promoting consistency across the organization.Major projects accomplished include :-- SAP Business One ERP rollout for our Reckitt, Nestle and Ontex business division.- Automating the sales process through implementing Distributr sales force module designed by Virtual City. Sales are reflected in real time in SAP.

Improve service quality by ensuring branch queries are logged on and auctioned soonest possible.Ensure after sales services by confirming all requests from branches are met. Complaints and query handling process as per policy.
