  Analyze the production system and establish priorities, reassessing as necessary.Monitor and stock material while maintaining the plant in excellent condition.Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data regarding all service parts.Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries, immediately resolving issues and making any pertinent changes as neededCreating outbound deliveries for outside vendors, districts, checking for accuracy, packing, preparing and scheduling shipments using SAP and J.D. Edwards.Maintaining close communication with management on any delays or pertinent information on deliveries. Responsible for on-time managing skills in order to meet deadlines. Assist in the re-organization of warehouse goods in reference to usage reports, bias unit sizes and most common additional parts requests. Working closely with management and procurement planning department in all replenishment levels of stocked goods depending on usage reports.Creating cycle count documents, physical inventory counts, opening work orders, pulling work, creating Purchase orders, order materials, and issue out material for work orders using SAP.Production planning for orders as they come in using SAP and BOM reports.Know and understand Weatherford inventory policies and procedures.Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and complied with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.Responsible for ensuring inventory production quality and efficiency levels and implementing corrective action as required.Assist Account Payables in the resolution of problems associated with invoices.Work closely with the onsite team and other regional buying teams to identify standardization/ efficiency opportunities and share best practices.•Balance delivery of day to day activities with proactive identification and resolution of problems/ opportunities.•Review purchase order requisitions for completeness and accuracy
