Responsible for all Warehousing (internal & external), Transportation, Sales and Product Distribution through 3PL Management, Waste Management, Reverse Logistics, 3PL Contract Management, Manufacturing Support and Continuous improvement initiatives in all logistics related operations. Responsible for leading the Supply Chain team's effort in achieving its annual Supply Chain productivity targets.

Responsible for managing and overseeing process and operational enhancement activities, as well as for monitoring and achievement of operational standards for the Warehouse operations teams. Critical functions included Logistics and Operations Development budget and capex monitoring and adherence, the Supply Chain Productivity initiatives and pipeline, Inventory Management for all warehouse sites and the continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and distribution operations. Concurrently, the Regional Process Lead (RPL) for the SAP Order to Cash (OTC) workstream in Supply.

Responsible for managing and overseeing 3PL processes and operational enhancement activities, as well as for monitoring and achievement of operational standards for all external Warehouses. Among the critical functions includes Logistics budget preparation and adherence, capex justification and monitoring, achieving Supply Chain Productivity initiatives and pipeline, Inventory Management and reconcilliation for all warehouse sites and the continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and distribution operations. Concurrently, the Global subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Produce To Demand (PTD) workstream in Mead Johnson Philippines.

• Formulates and updates Programs and SOPs related to Inventory, Logistics & Warehouse Management. Implement standard operating procedures involving business processes related to warehousing operations. • Ensures compliance of manufacturing operations to food safety/HACCP program, Product Quality Plan, SOP’s, cGMP, and other quality and hygiene requirements.• Oversee and ensure that proper Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) is achieved at all times including proper handling and storage of materials, tagging and disposal of rejected materials.• Reviews and analyses GMP compliance audit and develops/implements action plans to improve compliance. • Leads the continuous process review, assessment and improvement of the overall warehousing operations particularly to improving inventory accuracy.

• Reviews action plans of audit reports, customer complaints, and discrepancy reports to improve systems and processes.• Proactively evaluates current systems/processes to better processes/products.• Champions QA 3rd Party Manufacturing responsibilities in Nutritionals/Medicines including but not limited to the following:o Inspection of finished goods samples, COA as necessary prior to product release.o Coordinate GMP audit of TPM with QS auditors and Regional QA Medicines Group.o Coordinates with 3rd Party Manufacturer all stability study requirements for accelerated, regular, first 3 lots stability testing as required. o Reviews stability program, stability test results and gives recommendations or initiates action.o Assists in facility, equipment, process validations.Coordinates quality activities with TPM and MJ QA/QC like sampling/sample transmittal, testing, packaging and resolution of quality issues.• Responsible for Overall SOP Control and Maintenance in Supply Chain and QA.• Controls/Maintains and monitors that all SOP's are current across Supply Chain.

• Ensures the effective conduct of the QA activities that includes raw and packaging material sampling, packaging material inspection and disposition.• Ensures finished goods compliance to operating standards by performing on product line sampling and testing.• Formulate and develop SOPs related to Quality Assurance activities.

• Handle testing and analysis of raw materials such are moisture content determination, protein content, O2 determination, Fat determination and salt analyses.• Handle testing for in process finished goods such as bromate determination.• Handles sampling of imported wheat material.• Responsible for evaluation and inspection of all incoming packaging materials.• Responsible for monitoring production run of flour on a per shift basis.Professional Eligibility:
