– Lead in planning of qualification activities (Cleaning, Facilities and Equipment) of multiple new product introductions/new equipment, as per site requirements and meet tight project timelines.– Lead/support process deviation investigations and troubleshoot on Clean-In-Place (CIP) system and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) cleaning methods, identify root cause of failures, and propose resolutions as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).– Streamline and improve Validation Maintenance workflow to improve efficiency while maintaining quality review.– Improve validation qualification workflow through reviewing of historical data and building justifications, thus increasing work efficiency. – Initiated improvement projects to reduce Operation Expenditure (OPEX) via reduction in Water-For-Injection (WFI) and Soft Water consumption for cleaning methods from modification of DeltaV codes.
