Responsible for the oversight of 183 employees to provide situational awareness of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Information Enterprise unclassified, collateral secret and top-secret networks 24 hours a day.• Oversee a communications network, which supported 1,300 deployed nodes in 90 different countries and monitor and track over 400,000 prior customer service issues. • Manage all GEOC Watch Teams to included Computer Network Defense(CND), Satellite Operations (SATOps), Campus & Mobility, Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) and Data Center and Cyber Protection Team (CPT).• Stood up new Global Enterprise Operations Center (GEOC) network command center, which went from 44 – 183 personnel, replacing less capable and organized legacy system. Allowing for collation of all systems and streamlined all fighting capabilities. • Ensured all new GEOC systems met all standards and policies leading to certification and accreditation of all systems, including Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) compliant.
