I graduated from Culinary Arts in 2006, on March 15, I got hired at the Tuxedo in Prescott, WA. The Tuxedo is a Bar and Grill, I got to prepare some of the best tasting foods of my cooking to that point of time. Sure the place is a small kitchen, with simple items that we prepared off of the menu to the guest recommendations. But foods are much more than simple putting the order out to be taken to the customer. The preparation of a meal is about the Love that goes into the preparing the meals that the customers make it their urgent desire to eat the order that a Chef prepares. A Chef once said, "The difference between a cook, and a Chef is, a cook goes into a kitchen, and puts together what is available. A Chef goes into the same Kitchen, and takes what is their and makes it better." The difference between a sandwich a great sandwich, is the Love that goes into the preparation of a Great Sandwich.
