• Responsibilities for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Asia offices network.
• Experience in installation and administration of Riverbed WAN acceleration device to optimize speed for application like Exchange mail.
• Build up VMWare virtualization environment, setup Vsphere host and VCenter. Implement Citrix VDI system.
• Build up a cloud base storage on AWS S3 which is saving central located files for project team sharing.
• Create and manage documents for network, IT assets, data backup, disaster recovery, change request, anti-virus eg. IP address management, anti-virus process, IT policy for web filtering and spam email…etc.
• Schedule daily/monthly backup, restore data per request, monitor and analysis IT event like power down, virus intrusion, illegal accessing.

• Responsibilities for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Sony China’s network. Duties included monitoring network performance using various network tools to ensure the availability.
• Configuration, Testing, Planning, Design of Cisco routers 1800 and 2800, Cisco Catalyst 2900,3500,3750,6500 switches and Cisco AirNet and wireless appliances.
• In charges of network security including NAT/PAT, ACL, virus threats and Checkpoint firewall IP560, review and hands on day to day changes of inbound/outbound policy requested by different BU.
